Winnebago Foundry, Inc. was established by Gary Anderson and Jed Weldon in 1984 with this key concept in mind; Provide high quality gray and ductile iron castings to the short-to-medium run market with a minimum lead time. Winnebago Foundry is small enough that every customer gets personalized service, yet large enough to handle the most stringent quality requirements.
Every aspect of the manufacturing process is performed with the customer's needs in mind, from the initial quotation to shipping. Honest communication with the customer is a vital part of doing the job right. When you call, you will talk with a knowledgeable person who will help answer your questions.
Another key part of Winnebago Foundry's success is our manufacturing flexibility. We produce castings from ounces to 3,000 pounds in airset and green sand molding with almost any type of tooling.
Rigid process control is present in every step of the casting process: from the raw materials to casting finishing. Major control points such as mold strength, metal chemistry, pouring temperatures, casting hardness, and finish are carefully monitored.
